“ This is one of the BEST places in Branson, MO!! If you go you have to try the pot roast, the (sweet) cornbread, AND ask for a "special table." Magnificent!! ”
“ So the restaurant we planned to eat at turned out to be closed so we wound up at McFarlain's. They weren't very busy so we got right in and seated right away. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. The place was pretty clean and the decor was kind of Midwest meets Deep South.... On to the food. It was all pretty good. I had the McFarlain's Special Sandwich, which was an open faced pot roast sandwich with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. Others had soup and salad and meatloaf. We took a Traffic Jam pie to go, which turned out to be delicious. The four star rating may be just a bit of a stretch, really the rating is probably around 3.5 stars, but they deserved rounding up not down based on the overall experience. ”
